Following our store closure announcement, please note the following guidelines when making an insurance claim or requesting a repair on your handset.
 
Making a Theft/Loss Claim
 
  1. Please call our claims team on 1800 333 326.
  2. Our Agent will take you through a series of questions and process your claim over the phone.
  3. Once claim is accepted our agent will take payment of your excess fee and verify your address.
  4. Your replacement device will then be despatched to your home address.
  5. Please contact your network provider to obtain a replacement sim card.
  6. If you would like to check the status of your replacement device please call our agents on 1800 806 200 or by email mobile.complete@teamknow.ie
  7. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery.
 
Making a Damage Claim
 
  1. Please call our claims team on 1800 333 326.
  2. Our Agent will take you through a series of questions and process your claim over the phone.
  3. Once claim is accepted our agent will take payment of your excess fee and verify your address.
  4. Agent will advise you to visit www.fonfix.com/pages/repair
  5. Once form downloaded, please fill out the form with your full name, address, contact details, fault details etc. These details can be handwritten if you are unable to print form.
  6. Please ensure you have backed up any important information as this will be lost during the repairs process.
  7. Please be advised to remove any pass locks, google locks or find my Iphone security enabled on your device to prevent any delays with your repair.
  8. Next, please send your device via post or courier service along with your completed repair sheet to Fonfix LTD, Unit 1, Sandyford Park, Burton Hall Avenue, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18, D18 HN56.
  9. Once received at the repair centre, Fonfix will manage your repair including all communications if applicable.
  10. Your repair status can be viewed by logging on to https://www.fonfix.com/pages/repair-status-search. Please keep a record of your device IMEI as you will need this to check your repair status.
  11. Please note, if your device is beyond economical repair, we will call you and arrange a replacement device.
  12. Your repaired or replaced device will be posted to your home address.
 
For Warranty Repairs
 
  1. First, visit www.fonfix.com/pages/repair and download a repair form.
  2. Once form downloaded, customer to fill out form with full name, address, contact details, fault details etc. (Please retain the IMEI number and Serial number of your device)
  3. Please be advised to remove any pass locks, google locks or find my Iphone enabled on your device to prevent any delays with your repair.
  4. Please ensure you have backed up any important information as this will be lost during the repairs process.
  5. Please send your device in a protected envelop via post or courier along with your completed repair sheet to Fonfix LTD, Unit 1, Sandyford Park, Burton Hall Avenue, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18, D18 HN56.
  6. Once received at the repair centre, Fonfix will manage your repair including all communications if applicable. Your repair status can be viewed at any time by logging on to https://www.fonfix.com/pages/repair-status-search. Please keep a record of your device IMEI as you will need this to check your repair status.
  7. Your repaired device will be then posted to your home address.
 
Please note, if any physical or moisture damage is detected within the device, this will move to a chargeable repair and an estimate will apply.

 
For Out of Warranty Repairs

  2. Once form downloaded, customer to fill out form with full name, address, contact details, fault details etc. (Please retain the IMEI number and Serial number of your device)
  3. Please be advised to remove any pass locks, google locks or find my Iphone enabled on your device to prevent any delays with your repair.
  4. Please ensure you have backed up any important information as this will be lost during the repairs process.
