Customers Awaiting Pre-ordered Galaxy S20 Handsets
Store re-opening on May 18th 2020 will have pre-ordered handsets available. Stores will re-open on a phased basis, with further stores following on 25th May. We hope to have all pre-orders completed as soon as possible.
Customers Awaiting One4All Vouchers
One4All vouchers for certain recent promotions were due to be available in-store for collection 28 days after a qualifyng purchase. We are now working to post these vouchers out to customers directly. Please allow a little extra time for your voucher to reach you. All customers who purchased a qualifying product should receive their voucher within 5 - 6 weeks of the purchase.
