Chorus ntl offer in association with The Carphone Warehouse

1. Customers who successfully subscribe to and install the Chorus ntl bundles as set out in point 2 in any Carphone Warehouse store (the “Retailer”) between 1 February 2010 and 31 March 2010 can qualify (subject to availability and terms and conditions) for a voucher worth €250 to spend against any product available from the Retailer.

2. To be eligible for this Voucher Offer you must subscribe to one of the following Chorus ntl bundle services in a Carphone Warehouse Store:

     a.  A new Chorus ntl customer purchasing the following Chorus ntl TV, Broadband and Phone bundles: Fibre Web, Fibre Sports or Fibre Ultimate packs.

     b.  An existing Chorus ntl customer adding one of the following Broadband and Phone bundles to their existing Chorus ntl TV service: Fibre Web or Fibre Surfer packs.

(“Chorus NTL Bundle”)

3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Chorus NTL Bundle services set out in clause 2(a) apply to new customers only and services set out in clause 2(b) apply to existing TV customers to avail of this offer.

4. All services within the Chorus ntl bundle must be successfully installed in order to be eligible for this offer.

5. Agreement of sale will be made only on proof of correct customer identity, bank account details and payment by direct debit.

6. Confirmation of your order will include a ticket number, this is your reference for your order. If you have ordered products in any Carphone Warehouse store, have yet to be installed, and would like to make any changes, please call our retail support desk on 051 595143 and quote your ticket number. This number is valid Monday to Sunday between the hours of 10am to 6pm.

7. Following the successful installation of your Chorus ntl bundle, Chorus ntl will notify The Carphone Warehouse.

8. NOTE: This is a Carphone Warehouse offer and The Carphone Warehouse are responsible for sending the eligible customer the €250 voucher by post within 14 days of successful installation of the Chorus ntl bundle service. Any queries in relation to this offer or the payment of the €250 voucher should be directed to The Carphone Warehouse.

9. NOTE: Chorus ntl or its affiliates do not accept any liability whatsoever and howsoever arising directly or indirectly from an individual/customer’s participation in this offer or the payment of the €250 voucher by the Retailer.

10. This Offer is subject to availability and runs from 1 February 2010 to 31 March 2010.

11. The €250 voucher must be redeemed prior to the 31 April 2010.

12. The voucher can be used to purchase any product offered by the Retailer you ordered your Chorus ntl bundle from. The voucher can only be redeemed in the Retailer you ordered your Chorus ntl bundle from.
